Since beginning our work with CAPE Manufacturing, Elementiam has developed spool-welding solutions for pipe sizes ranging from 12" to 48" in diameter. 

Traditional automation systems typically fail at b-pressure welding procedures due to variations (e.g., high-low) and stringent testing procedures that do not allow for the slightest flaw in joining. 

Elementiam's solutions have been ABSA certified at CAPE Manufacturing, showcasing the adaptability and precision our technology offers.

Raptor Mining in Edmonton, AB had an ABB robotic arm that was underutilized for their overlay processes involving ARM, ProARM®, ARMPlus™ and PTA applied Tungsten Carbide Overlay (Raptor Mining, 2026). 

After integrating Element X into their automation system, they discovered programming time reductions of up to 90% for various part geometries and overlay coverages.
