Multi-pass welding with adaptive amplitude control, automatic high-low compensation, and variation detection that gets automatically programmed in by our intelligent software system. 


Our ABSA certified spool welding solution allows metal fabricators to optimize their pressure vessel production. Robotic welders streamline pipe welding by automating multi-pass welding from hot pass to cap.

The Element X library offers a solution for in-situ robotic hardfacing (welding overlay).

Automated hybrid repair of a damaged parts, including pre-machining, additive manufacturing and surfacing.

Using our adaptive software, scan the damaged component, compare it to a reference model (such as a CAD, CAM, basic geometry, or nominal scan of a non-damaged part), and plan the repair path.


Unlike dimensional repair, surfacing repair utilizes only the data obtained from the scan of the damaged part for the repair, making it ideal for planar and cylindrical repairs.
